In 2015, I walked down the aisle filled with hope for the future and the family I dreamed of building.

But as months turned into years without a positive test, that hope slowly gave way to confusion and heartache.

When I finally did conceive, my joy was shattered by a devastating miscarriage at 19 weeks. Like so many couples, my husband and I were told everything looked normal. The tests gave us no answers only grief and the suggestion to move straight to IVF because of our age.

But deep down, I knew something more was going on. I wasn’t ready to start another emotionally and physically exhausting process without understanding why.

For six months, I immersed myself in research and self-discovery determined to find the missing link. What I uncovered changed everything: nutrition and lifestyle can improve fertility outcomes by up to 69%. That insight simple yet powerful became the turning point in my journey.

By addressing blood sugar balance, nutrient deficiencies, and inflammation, I rebuilt my health and, against all odds, conceived naturally. The day I held my beautiful daughter in my arms, I knew my purpose had found me.

That moment became the foundation of The DIET - FERTIOLOGIST  where science meets empathy to uncover the why behind fertility struggles.

Today, I help women and couples with unexplained infertility, PCOS, diabetes, and insulin resistance identify the root causes impacting their fertility and metabolic health. As a Diabetes Dietitian at Western Sydney Diabetes, Clinical Trial Dietitian at Sydney Cardiometabolic Centre, and Private Practice Fertility Dietitian, I combine cutting-edge research with personalised nutrition strategies to help families build healthier futures.

Together, we turn confusion into clarity and frustration into empowerment so you can move forward with hope, knowledge, and a clear path to the family you’ve been dreaming of.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Every plan is personalised, grounded in evidence-based nutrition, and guided by Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) insights that show how your body truly responds to food. My mission is to help you understand why things haven’t worked before and empower you to make changes that finally feel achievable and freeing.

I believe transformation happens when science meets empathy. You’ll never be judged — only supported, educated, and encouraged to take small, meaningful steps toward lasting results. Because when you nourish from the inside out, everything changes — your hormones, your confidence, and your hope for the future.

Fun Facts About Me

I was born and raised on the lush, green island of Sri Lanka, where every day was filled with sunshine, laughter, and delicious food. English was my second language, and growing up surrounded by nature taught me the value of simplicity, family, and gratitude — lessons I carry into my work and life today.

When I’m not helping clients balance their hormones or decode their blood sugar graphs, you’ll usually find me laughing way too hard at silly jokes with my friends and family. I believe a good laugh is just as nourishing as a good meal!

I’m a passionate food explorer who loves experimenting in the kitchen. When I first arrived in Australia, I discovered more than 20 new vegetables and couldn’t resist recreating traditional dishes in my own way — blending flavour, colour, and culture on every plate.

I find peace in swimming and joy in spending time with my family, whether we’re travelling, cooking together, or simply sharing a meal.

Most importantly, I believe in God, and I pray for every one of my clients — for their success, healing, and for the wisdom to serve them with compassion and purpose.

And one of my greatest joys? Every time a client tells me they’re pregnant, it feels like I’m celebrating a little miracle right alongside them.
